A 4-week group program

The Love Affair

A month to fall in love with the one person you can't leave.

Oct 2026

You’ve chosen work that actually matters.

Led teams through crises. Negotiated the impossible. By every measure, you're an incredible woman.

But underneath runs a different story.

You are waiting to be found out. I fooled them, you think – while you meet every requirement and reach every objective you set.

From the outside, you look sure of yourself. Inside, you're negotiating every sentence before it leaves your mouth – is this clear enough, should I say it differently, did that land wrong.

Someone once called you too emotional or not serious enough. So you got smaller, in exactly the ways that used to make you you.

You solve everything alone rather than ask for help – which builds a wall between what you give and what you're able to receive.

If the job fails, it's your fault. If it succeeds, it wasn't because of you. Either way, there is no version of the story where you just get to feel good about it.

It doesn't stop at the office.

With him, you anticipate what he needs before he's asked, and forget you had needs of your own. You wait for him to guess. He doesn't. The resentment builds anyway.

Every distracted glance, every slow reply, gets logged as evidence – proof of where you stand, whether you're still chosen. Your system is always checking. It never gets to rest.

Disagreement feels like danger. So you go quiet, you go cold, or you push until it breaks.

If you're looking for someone, the pattern shows up in how and who you chase: the ones who keep their distance. Steady reads as boring. Uncertain reads as chemistry.

When it ends, or he just disappears, it’s more than a heartbreak. It's  a confirmation – that you carry into the next relationship.

You would never let a friend talk to herself like this.

And yet, this is the one relationship you can't leave.

"It's crazy how much energy you have when you stop fighting yourself. And how happy you can be when you allow yourself to."

Anne - Education specialist

Here's what happens when you stop trying to manage yourself, and start loving yourself instead.

Decisions get lighter. You make the call and don't reopen it that night. You ask for the raise from clarity about what you bring, not after weeks of rehearsing the request.

The same steadiness shows up with him. You bring your actual opinions, your contradictions, your needs – not an edited version built to fit. There's more room for him to be himself too.

You give feedback without walking on eggshells. You say I won't take that on, and the guilt doesn't follow you home.

You stop looking for evidence, in the men you date, that you're worth staying for. Your standards hold.

You’re not attracted anymore by the mix signals.

You pursue the bold idea because it excites you – not to prove anything to anyone.

Receiving stops being complicated. Recognition, tenderness, pleasure, help you didn't have to ask for.

The energy that used to track someone else's mood comes back to you.

Presence takes over where the noise used to be – in meetings, in the pause before you answer, in bed.

What decides how you feel, how you act, who you attract, and what you build – at work, in love – is the most important relationship of all: the one with yourself.

You already know this.

You probably have already "worked on it."

This time you go further than understanding.

You update your beliefs. You interrupt the pattern. You change the lens through which you see yourself. You soften your internal dialogue. You set boundaries.

You fall in love with yourself. Literally.

You (re)discover the wonderful woman already there, and learn to meet her with kindness, respect, and tenderness.

And you do it inside a group of women doing the same.

“This journey with Pauline leaves me in a place of inner love and much deeper connection with myself.”

The program

This works on the mind and the body – rewiring what's conscious, and what runs underneath it.

Proven methods based on neuroscience, not wishful thinking. I've lived this shift myself and I've watched it happen in hundreds of women I've worked with.

WEEK 1

Welcoming All of You

The parts of you you've been editing out or fighting get invited back in. Unconditionally

WEEK 2

Loving Speech

The voice in your head that ridicules – come on, not this again, that doesn't make sense – learns a different register.

WEEK 3

Loving Your Body

You stop treating your body like a machine that isn't allowed a bad day, and start hearing what it has been trying to tell you all along.

WEEK 4

Loving Yourself When You Don't Want To

Not only when you've done everything right – when you've missed the deadline, snapped at someone you love, or let yourself down.

Inside The Love Affair

What’s included

4 weekly pre-recorded video transmissions

The teaching behind each week – what's actually running underneath the pattern, and what it takes to meet it differently.

4 weekly live group coaching calls

Live coaching. You'll grow as much from watching other women being coached as from being coached yourself. All calls recorded for replay.

4 weekly practices

Guided, body-based exercises designed to anchor the week's shift where insight alone can't reach.

4 weekly journaling prompts

To go deeper in your own introspection, get clarity on your old beliefs and build new ones.

Private Telegram group

For connection and accountability between calls, with the women doing this work alongside you.

The group is part of the transformation.

Doing this work alongside other women goes deeper than doing it alone. You become mirrors for each other. When one woman dares to celebrate herself, she heals her own fear of being seen and judged - and gives everyone else permission to do the same. When another shares a struggle honestly and is met with warmth, her capacity for vulnerability grows too.

You'll be coached. You'll also learn from watching other women being coached, recognizing your own patterns in theirs before you've even named them yourself.

You decide how much you share. What you can't control is how much you receive in the circle. You’ll be surprised by how fast the trust builds.

This is for you if

Yes, if you…

  • Have built an impressive outer life and a rocky relationship with the woman running it

  • Are tired of a voice in your head you'd never tolerate from anyone else

  • Want real change in four weeks, not a slow unwind over years

  • Are ready to do the actual work, not just understand it intellectually

  • Are drawn to practices that reach the body, not just the mind

  • Want to be met by a small group of women doing the same work, seriously

Nor the right fit for you if you…

  • Are not ready to be honest with yourself

  • Are waiting for the relationship, or the job, to change before you do

  • Are not willing to show up consistently for four weeks

  • Are not willing to be witnessed, even by a handful of women doing the same work

ABOUT PAULINE

“What do I love about myself?”

This was the question that stopped me cold 7 years about.

I thought I love myself.

But I realized the men I kept choosing were telling a different story.

That was the year I decided to fall in love with myself. Not as an cute rose-petal bath idea. As a love affair I still nourish daily.

Everything changed from there.

Who I was drawn to. How I showed up.

I met my partner, the father of our three-year-old son.

And I changed careers, to guide hundreds of women through this same shift, transforming their lives from the inside out. Better relationships. A bigger life.

"Having you as a coach has been life-changing. Signing up with you was the best investment I ever made."

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked

I still have questions. Can I speak with Pauline first?

Yes. Write to paubusson@gmail.com.

Why this matters

The world doesn’t need any more brilliant women sacrificing and being hard on themselves.I think we’re good on that front.

What we need is women loving themselves. Radically.

Making peace with who you are.
Daring to go after what turns you on.
Honoring your needs, your gifts, your time, your energy.
Setting f*cking boundaries.
Bringing more of your magic to the world.

None of that is soft.

Self-love is a feminist revolution.

The longest relationship you'll ever have.

Might as well make it a good one.
