Daring to open up again

You’ve been hurt badly in your last relationship.

Whether it was weeks, months, maybe years ago, you’re still feeling vulnerable and afraid to open up again.

Yet you still have this little voice inside telling you “I want to be loved again!”
You hear it when you notice tenderness between couples around you.
You hear it when you watch a romantic movie.
You hear it when you take a walk in nature.
You feel this longing in your heart.

But it doesn’t last long.
Automatically - and unknowingly… - you numb it with Netflix, with this extra glass of wine or with too much work.
And like this, you brush the little voice away.

And time passes.
And you continue with your heart under padlock.
For sure it won’t get hurt like this.
But will it live? Will it thrive?

What if you decided to listen to the little voice?

What if you decided it was time to heal?

Time to move towards your desire?

It doesn’t have to be painful.
It can, on the contrary, be a beautiful path, an exploration… of yourself.
And maybe there will be more love.
There’s only one way to know...
